Matthew Cullen serves as the Senior Executive, General Counsel, and Secretary at Porch Group since November 2020, where oversight includes legal, compliance, ESG, and government affairs for a leading homeowners insurance and B2B SaaS platform. Prior experience includes roles at Expedia Group, where Matthew held positions as Co-Head Global M&A and Integrations (Legal) and Corporate Counsel focused on mergers and acquisitions. Additional legal experience encompasses work at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Matthew holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University, graduating with high honors, and has been recognized with the Empire State Counsel 2009 Honoree Distinction by the New York State Bar Association for outstanding pro-bono services.
