Jason Welchel has a diverse work experience. Jason started their career as a Property Manager at Post Properties in 1997 and later became the Head of Dispositions in 2001. After that, they started their own company called Southern Curiosity in 2004 and worked as an Owner until 2006. In 2007, they joined HomeOwners Advantage, LLC as the VP of Operations and Development.

Jason Welchel attended Mercer University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Jason later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mercer University from 2015 to 2017.
