Joanna Crawley is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in operational leadership and workforce planning within the NHS. From January 2021 to April 2023, Joanna served as Operational Lead at NHS, following a tenure at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust where roles included Workforce Planning Manager and Clinical Operations Manager. Notably, Joanna coordinated the delivery of screening and vaccination at a mass vaccination site in Buckinghamshire. Previous experience includes positions as Lead Consultant Trainer at GSafety Ltd, where innovative First Aid and Mental Health training was provided, and as PPE Safety Officer at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust during the COVID-19 pandemic.
