Leticia Garcia works as a Substance Use Counselor at Homeless Health Care Los Angeles. Prior to this role, Leticia served as Support Staff at Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. Leticia is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology at East Los Angeles College.
