Treajané Brown, Ph.D., currently serves as the Program Coordinator and Child & Family Therapist for the Afri-Centric Mental Health programming at the Homeless Children's Network since November 2022. In this role, Treajané leads The Amani Program while also providing therapeutic services. Previously, Treajané held a postdoctoral position as a Co-Design Strategist at the University of California, Berkeley, from July 2020 to July 2022, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health programming. Treajané also completed a doctoral internship at UC Berkeley's Counseling and Psychological Services. The educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
