Jonathan Garcia has worked in the financial services industry since 2009. Jonathan began their career as a Bank Teller at Broadway Bank in 2009. In 2010, they began working as an Investment Operations Specialist at HCL Technologies, a contractor for USAA. Jonathan then joined USAA in 2014, continuing to work as an Investment Operations Specialist for the account maintenance team. Jonathan's duties included data entry, customer contact, analytical and research skills, trust document research, and attention to detail and regulation compliance. In 2022, Jonathan transitioned to a Full Stack Software Engineer role at HOMEE, Inc.

Jonathan Garcia completed their Associate's degree in Computer Science from San Antonio College in 2017. Jonathan then attended Hack Reactor in 2020, where they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Advanced Software Engineering. In December 2021, they received a Triplebyte Certified certification from Triplebyte.
