Ericka Captain is an experienced professional in the healthcare and diagnostics field, currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at DNA Diagnostics Center since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ericka worked as a Claims Specialist at Centerprise, Inc. and as a Reimbursement Specialist at Harbin Clinic, accumulating significant expertise in financial operations related to healthcare. Additionally, Ericka has a strong background in pharmacy, having served as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Miami Valley Hospital for over 17 years and as a Veterinary Technician specializing in anesthesia at Ethicon, Inc. Ericka completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate’s in Applied Sciences for Veterinary Technology from Morehead State University, supplemented by education at Sinclair Community College.
