Janet Yuen is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the property sector. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Home Consortium since October 2020, Janet oversees financial operations and system integration for property acquisitions exceeding $2 billion, collaborating closely with the Asset Management team to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Janet held various positions at SCA Property Group from June 2016 to October 2020, including Property Finance Manager, where significant achievements included the implementation of a web-based budgeting system. Additionally, Janet has a robust background in real estate finance from roles at EY and Aspirations Wealth Group. Janet holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW.
