Ernie Jaime has an extensive background in construction operations, starting as a Director of Construction at Tavistock Development Company from 2016 to 2021. Ernie then moved on to be the Director of Construction at Dream Finders Homes - Orlando in 2021 before taking on a role as Vice President Operations at Davila Homes Construction. During their time at Davila Homes Construction, they held various leadership positions, including Director of Construction and Vice President Operations. Currently, Ernie Jaime serves as the Director of Construction Operations at Homebound starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Ernie has focused on building effective teams, promoting collaboration, and improving communication processes within organizations.

Ernie Jaime attended Valencia College from 1998 to 2001, graduating with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management.
