Rachella Hooijman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and social media strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Community at Home | social first agency since June 2022, Rachella previously held the position of Head of Community Management at Boomerang, part of Publicis Groupe, from July 2021 to June 2022. Additionally, Rachella worked at Cygnific as Team Lead for KLM Social Media and began a career at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Ground Staff. Rachella's early experience includes a role at NOUMENON focusing on sustainable fashion design and creative direction. Rachella's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Amsterdam, obtained from 2014 to 2017.
