Elizabeth Cescon, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elizabeth began their career at Grand River Hospital as an Occupational Therapist in 2009. Elizabeth then joined Milestone Therapy Services as a Clinical Lead - Accessibility Services from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, Elizabeth joined Home Trust Company, where they held multiple positions over the years. Elizabeth initially served as a Credit & Investment Analyst, where they assessed the credit quality of counterparties and provided recommendations to key stakeholders. Elizabeth then progressed to roles such as Senior Manager and Director in Commercial Portfolio Management, where they oversaw the management of commercial portfolios.

Most recently, Elizabeth has been the Director of Learning and Quality Control at Home Trust Company. Additionally, they have taken on the role of VP of Residential Underwriting, demonstrating their growth within the company.
