Nora Inman, MSSW, is a policy analyst and grant writer at Home of the Innocents since June 2018, where responsibilities include engaging prospective funders and drafting grant proposals and reports. Previous experience includes serving as a graduate research assistant at the Human Trafficking Research Initiative, where Nora analyzed data on juvenile sex trafficking in Louisville, and as a policy and advocacy intern at the ACLU of Kentucky, focusing on reproductive rights and criminal justice reform. Additionally, Nora has provided case management as a family advocate intern at Family Scholar House and supported project management processes at Kindred Healthcare. Early professional roles included research assistant positions in dog cognition studies and teaching young children in various educational settings. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College.
