Rafał Szlendak has a strong background in various roles in the hospitality and retail industries. Rafał started their career as a Brand Manager at Follow Me from December 2012 to February 2015. Rafał then worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts from June 2015 to October 2017. Rafał then moved on to Black Sheep Coffee, where they served as a Barista from November 2017 to March 2018, Head Barista from April 2018 to January 2019, Assistant Manager from February 2019 to December 2019, and finally as a General Manager from January 2020 to June 2021. Rafał then joined Home Made as a Sales Associate in July 2021. Rafał's most recent position is as a Leasing Consultant at Cortland, starting in July 2023.

Rafał Szlendak attended Zespół Szkół Menedżerskich from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a High Honours in Technical Diploma of Hotel Management. Their field of study was Hospitality Administration/Management.
