Roland Lee has extensive experience in sales, team leadership, and community development, demonstrated through a diverse professional background. At Home Lumber Company since April 2019, Roland specializes in sales and millwork, focusing on team building and customer satisfaction. Previously at Nestlé Purina North America from December 2014 to March 2019, Roland served as a Production Team Leader, emphasizing coaching and performance management in production processes. As a Community Transformation Coordinator for e3 Partners / I Am Second from August 2010 to December 2014, Roland facilitated community development by coaching and connecting resources. Roland's early career included a decade as Maintenance Operations Manager at Mission Aviation Fellowship, where leadership was provided to a multi-ethnic workforce in aviation maintenance. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology from Moody Bible Institute.
