Srushti Gupta is an Operations Manager at Home First Finance Company (HFFC) since November 2022. Srushti's previous experience includes working as a Relationship Sales Manager (RSM) at VIBGYOR Advisors in early 2022, focusing on the loans department and processing various types of loans. Additionally, Srushti held a research internship at Sterling ft, investigating decentralized finance and the business opportunities within the metaverse, along with participation in a live project at Opstron for technical analysis training in stock trading. Srushti also engaged in a project internship at HobbyStation and completed a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) at IBS Mumbai between 2021 and 2023, following a degree from Vidyalankar Group of Educational Institutes from 2018 to 2021.
