Enis Bayik is a seasoned executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as the COO and CMO of Home & Co since July 2022, where the company oversees over 3,500 micro-living units across three European countries. Prior to this role, Enis held the position of Managing Director for Nido Germany from March 2020 to June 2022 and accumulated extensive experience at International Campus Group, progressing through various leadership roles in sales and marketing from October 2014 to February 2020. Enis began a career in the rental industry at Hertz, working from September 2009 to September 2014 as a Franchise Operator and Rental Sales Agent. Enis holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Munich Business School and completed a Business Communication Specialist Traineeship at IHK Academy Munich and Upper Bavaria.
