Cristina Evangelista Pou is an Ingredient Specialist at Home Chef since July 2022, focusing on project management and compliance within the FSQA team. Cristina also held roles at Purdue University as a Student Employee and Summer Research Student, which involved quality assurance and participation in various food processing projects.
