Jeff Bridges, L.S. serves as the Associate Vice President at Balzer and Associates, Inc. since September 2002, specializing in various survey-related activities, particularly residential surveying. Jeff's role encompasses boundary, mortgage, and topographic surveys, as well as subdivisions, lot line modifications, permit plats, and construction stakeout, collaborating with developers, builders, county officials, and property owners. Additionally, since January 2017, Jeff holds the position of Vice President Associate on the Board of Directors for the Home Building Association of Richmond, which supports the new home construction industry in Central Virginia. Jeff also chairs the Associates Council, focusing on enhancing relationships among members, education, legislative support, and community service. Prior to these roles, Jeff served as an Engineer Assistant in the United States Air Force from April 1998 to September 2002, gaining experience in surveying, drafting, and construction management. Educational background includes studies at JTCC and JSRCC from 2004 to 2008.
