Raul Z. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in business systems and application development. Currently serving as the Director of Business Systems at HOMAGE since July 2024, Raul previously held the position of Application Development Manager at ODW Logistics from June 2023 to July 2024. With a long tenure at Zen Day Tech from January 2005 to June 2023 as a Technology and Software Architecture Consultant, Raul specialized in customer interaction regarding capability architectures and modernizing applications into microservices. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Discount Fashion Warehouse, where Raul architected a cloud-based ERP system, as well as various roles in information technology and e-commerce, focusing on document management, compliance, and revenue model management. Raul Z. is well-educated, having attended The Ohio State University, St. Francis DeSales High School, and Columbus State Community College.
