Shana Booher has over two decades of experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Director of Credentialing and Privileging at Holzer Health System since January 2003. Prior to this role, Shana held positions at Holzer Medical Center-Jackson as a Medical Staff Coordinator and Patient Representative from October 2000 to December 2002, and at MedAssist (now Firstsource Solutions USA) as a Patient Representative from March 1999 to October 2000. Shana completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati and studied at the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College from 1997 to 1998.
