Tammi McBath Kozuch serves as the Chief of Strategy, Development and Community Partnerships at Holyoke Health Center, Inc. since October 2023, focusing on operational growth and strategic initiatives for the organization. Previously, Tammi held the role of Clinical Program Director at Boulder Care from March 2022 to October 2023 and served in various capacities at Holyoke Health Center, including Director and Assistant Clinical Director of Community Health Programs, where responsibilities included directing programs related to HIV/AIDS, opioid dependence, and other public health issues. Early career experience as a Registered Nurse at Cooley Dickinson Hospital complements extensive health program management expertise.
