Bogdan N. has a diverse range of work experience. Bogdan is the Founder and CEO of HolyWater, a company that sources, publishes, and distributes books, audiobooks, and video series. Bogdan also serves as an LP at Flyer One Ventures. Prior to these roles, Bogdan worked as a Product Manager/Team Lead at Genesis Tech and as a Product Manager at British American Tobacco. Bogdan has also held positions at Industrial Union of Donbass, where they progressed from a Business Analyst to a Project Manager, and at the United Nations, where they worked as a Research Analyst.

Bogdan N. has a Master's Degree in Economics from UCL and a High School Diploma from the Physics and Maths Lyceum. Bogdan also completed the Startup School program at Y Combinator and an online degree in Product Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Bogdan has a background in Political Science from the University of Oxford. In addition, Bogdan N. obtained a certification in Data-driven Product Management from GoPractice, Inc in 2018.
