Charlotte Baigent is a legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. Additionally, Charlotte was a Research Assistant at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a Summer Associate at McCarthy Tétrault in litigation. Earlier positions include Program Coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada, Vice President Finance at Amnesty International Canada, and a Canadian Ambassador for Red Leaf International. Charlotte holds a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy from Concordia University.
