Daren Mesrobian is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Valuation Advisory Services at HCVT since January 2018. With over a decade of specialized expertise in business valuations and financial advisory, Daren leads a practice focused on a wide array of services including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. Prior to HCVT, Daren founded and presided over Vineyard Capital Advisors, Inc., providing comprehensive valuation and advisory services. Daren also held roles at Houlihan Lokey, where advisory services were provided to numerous clients, and at Maxim Integrated Products, achieving significant cost savings while managing product cost reduction initiatives. Daren obtained an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
