Andrey Iskra is a seasoned nuclear engineering professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Holtec International since April 2019, Iskra focuses on PSAR Development, ISF-2 Nuclear Safety Analysis, and Small Modular Reactors (SMR). Prior experience includes roles as an Engineer at Iskra AM, Consultant at Western Services Corporation, and Managing Director and Chief Engineer at ā€œKAMI NTKā€ LLC. Iskra's earlier career includes positions as Group Leader and Software Engineer in various organizations, and a series of engineering roles at the State Scientific and Technical Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety. Iskra holds a degree as an Engineer-physicist specializing in heat and power engineering from Kiev Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1989 and 1995.
