Ryan Beatie has extensive experience in the equipment and service industry, currently serving as President and formerly as Senior Vice President at Holt of California since September 1995. Responsible for the operations and performance of the Earthmoving and Engine Divisions, Ryan oversees sales, parts, service, and heavy rental. Previous roles include VP of Earthmoving Product Support and AG Sales Manager, where Ryan managed parts, service, and sales for the respective divisions. Additionally, as Customer Support Agreement Manager, Ryan led mobile maintenance for rental fleets and customer machines. With a background as a 6 Sigma Black Belt focused on process improvement, Ryan also held various positions in service operations and material handling rental coordination. Ryan's sales experience began at Anytime Power Sports as a sales representative for recreational vehicles. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Pacific.
