Kathy Latu currently serves as Vice President of Finance for Breast & Skeletal Health and Global Services at Hologic, Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Kathy held various senior finance positions at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to November 2017, including Senior Finance Director of North America Financial Planning & Analysis, where Kathy led the establishment of a Center of Excellence, and Senior Finance Director for Supply Chain in Global Orthopaedics, managing financial activities for a $10 billion revenue operation. Kathy's extensive experience also includes roles at Janssen Pharmaceutica, RW Johnson Pharmaceutical Research, and earlier finance management positions within Johnson & Johnson. Kathy holds an MBA in Accounting/Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Chemistry/Business from the University of Scranton.
