Jessica Hameline currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy Corporate Development at Hologic, Inc. since April 2024. Previously, Jessica held the position of Vice President at Generate Biomedicines from November 2022 to April 2024, where significant accomplishments included launching the Oncology franchise and supporting a $283M Series C funding round. Jessica's prior experience at Baxter International Inc. as Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer involved leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts and achieving substantial cost savings through successful integration of acquisitions. Jessica has also contributed to marketing and business development roles in various healthcare organizations, demonstrating expertise in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and alliance management throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
