Anand R Kharpate is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design assurance and quality engineering within the medical device and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Design Assurance Engineer at Hologic, Inc. since April 2023, Anand previously held positions at Smith+Nephew as a Staff Design Quality Engineer and at Stryker as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer. Anand's early career includes a role as a Senior Engineer at Seagate Technology, where responsibilities focused on designing and integrating Read/Write channel electronics for magnetic recording systems. Anand holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecom from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
