Matt Parrott is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Analyst at Holocene Advisors, LP since August 2018. Prior to this role, Matt worked as an Associate in the Consumer team at Apax Partners from July 2016 to July 2018 and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs from July 2014 to June 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Queen's University Investment Counsel, where Matt managed a Canadian equity portfolio and launched a Global Equity fund. Additional internships at Goldman Sachs and CPP Investment Board further strengthened Matt's investment acumen. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from Queen's University and participated in an academic exchange program at Esade, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
