Kylie Hicks, MPA, is an experienced budget analyst currently working for the City of Concord since 2020, previously serving as a Financial Analyst II for the City of South San Francisco from September 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, Kylie held various roles at The Wharton School from August 2014 to September 2018, including Business Administrator and Program Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing budgets and accounts payable for the academic program, as well as overseeing campus security operations. Kylie earned a Master of Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University.
