Hugo Mojica, MPA, MA, serves as the Chief of Staff for Council Member Twila Carter and has extensive experience in political consulting, currently with HM Strategies since May 1999. Hugo is also a Trustee (Volunteer) at the Holocaust Museum Houston, contributing to educational efforts surrounding the Holocaust. As a District Director (Volunteer) for LULAC District VIII, Hugo focuses on advancing the rights and welfare of the Hispanic community. Previous roles include Board Member (Volunteer) at SERJobs, Program Manager for Community Relations at the Houston Astros, and Executive Director of the Hispanic Health Coalition. Hugo holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University and a Master of Arts in International Administration from the University of Miami.
