Allison James, CPA, CGA has held a variety of roles in the accounting and finance industry since 2012. Allison began their career at Pasman Smith & Company Ltd. as a Tax, Advisory & Special Projects specialist. In 2017, they became a Partner at James & McIntyre CPAs and Treasurer at Halfmoon Bay Community Association. In 2019, they were appointed Principal at Archive Accounting Professional Corporation, providing tax, accounting, and strategic advisory services for businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as trust and estate tax planning and filing services. In 2021, they joined the Board of Directors at Sunshine Coast Credit Union. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at both Patching Associates Acoustical Engineering and ±áö±ô³¾±ð³Ù°ù¾±³¦²õ.
Allison James, CPA, CGA has obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from Thompson Rivers University, a CPA, CGA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), and a Philosophy degree from the University of Ottawa, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained a CUDA Foundations of Governance (Level A) Completion from the Canadian Credit Union Association in June 2022, and a Chartered Professional Accountant certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
