Ryer Lauth is a Structural Designer at Holmes US since September 2023, following a role as a Team Carbon Intern at KL&A Engineers and Builders from June to September 2022, where Ryer contributed to efforts aimed at reducing embodied carbon in structures. Prior experience includes serving as a Swim Coach at Virginia Vale Swim Club from May 2018 to July 2021. Ryer obtained a Bachelor of Architecture in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2023, and holds a High School Diploma from Denver East High School, earned in 2019.
