Hayle Jones is a dedicated structural engineering professional with experience in various roles, including a current internship at Holmes US, which began in June 2023. Hayle previously served as a SESH leader at California Polytechnic University and Miyamoto International, organizing humanitarian engineering trips to Ecuador and Indonesia. In leadership roles with the Structural Engineers Association of California, including Vice President and Service Chair, Hayle supported outreach and community engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes a structural engineering internship at Harris & Sloan, where valuable hands-on skills were developed, and a position as an instructional student assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Hayle holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, obtained in June 2023.
