Alyson Blair, P.E. is an accomplished fire protection engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Senior Fire Engineer at Holmes US since April 2019, Alyson has held various roles in the industry, including Treasurer for the SFPE Chesapeake Chapter from July 2020 to June 2022, and Fire Engineer positions at Holmes Fire and GHD. Education includes a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the SFPE Chesapeake Chapter from January 2014 to June 2017 and as a Fire Protection Engineer at The Protection Engineering Group, Inc. prior to its merger with GHD.
