Lilach Peer, serving as Creative Director at KOREN Visual Solutions since March 2013, is a key member of the Strategy Design Executive Team, providing strategic planning and innovation management while reporting directly to the CEO. From 2017, Lilach has also contributed as a Fitness Instructor at Holmes Place Israel. Prior roles include Chief Graphic Editor at Maariv from November 2011 to January 2013, overseeing the graphics department and reporting to the editor-in-chief, and Chief Graphic Editor for '7 Days' magazine at Yedioth Aharonoth from June 2005 to October 2011, leading the graphics team of a flagship publication. Lilach holds an MBA in Business Administration and Strategy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Ruppin Academic Center, as well as certifications in UX/UI design and extensive training in visual communication and design.
