Rachel Kain, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of employee benefits and client service. Rachel is currently working at Holmes Murphy & Associates, where they hold the role of Associate Vice President, Client Service - Employee Benefits / Shareholder since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Client Service Consultant from January 2018 to December 2018, and as a Senior Account Manager from February 2014 to December 2017. In these positions, Rachel was responsible for evaluating the needs and risks of existing clients, developing insurance programs tailored to their needs, and maintaining strong client relationships. Rachel also played a key role in sales and marketing activities. Before joining the company, Rachel gained valuable experience as an Account Manager and an Employee Benefits Intern at Holmes Murphy & Associates.

Additionally, Rachel had a brief experience as a Secretary at Waterloo Community School District Education Service Center in 2009 and 2008.

Rachel Kain, MBA has a diverse education history. Rachel obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Executive Development from Drake University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Rachel pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution, with a major in Management and a concentration in Insurance, from 2009 to 2011.

In 2007, Rachel was part of the Capital Scholars Honors Program at the University of Illinois Springfield.

Rachel also completed the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute's Community Leadership Program in 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Rachel holds an Insurance License in the state of Iowa for both Life and Accident and Health, which they obtained in July 2011.
