Oni Blodgett, SPHR, has extensive experience in employee benefits and consulting services, currently serving as Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations and Vice President of Consulting Services at Holmes Murphy since July 2011. Prior to this role, Oni held the position of Director of Consulting Services at Northwestern Benefits from June 2006 to July 2011, and served as Director of Human Resources at Hyphen Solutions from 2003 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Oni worked as an HR Administrator at Walden Management Company from 2000 to 2004. Oni obtained a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 1992 and 1996.
