Donna Glass has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Donna began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Machine Laboratory, L.L.C. in 2003 and later advanced to the role of Human Resources Manager in 2005. Donna worked at the company until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Donna served as the Human Resources Director at EC Manufacturing, LLC, where they were responsible for strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. In 2016, they briefly worked as an HR Professional before joining Holmes Murphy & Associates as an Account Manager, EB.
