Vivian Chen is currently working at Holman Webb Lawyers as a Paralegal, specializing in Banking & Finance & Property. Prior to this, Vivian worked at Brydens Lawyers and SLF Lawyers as a Conveyancer and Licensed Conveyancer respectively. Vivian's expertise lies in property transactions, including multi party arrangements, regulatory matters, commercial and industrial properties, urban release areas, leasing, and licensing arrangements. Vivian holds an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing from TAFE NSW, as well as Master's degrees in Secondary Education and Teaching, Language Interpretation and Translation, and a Bachelor's degree in Visual and Performing Arts.
