Lina Shakrah, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Analyst I in Technology & Analytics at Holman since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lina gained experience as a Human Resources Associate at Reliance Standard from June 2021 to June 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Assistant II and Staffing Coordinator at Amazon from May 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included assisting with the onboarding process and enhancing candidate experience. Academically, Lina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Rowan University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with NJ Elementary and Middle School Teaching Certifications, from Rutgers University (2010-2014).
