Sarah Letts is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit management and affordable housing development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Hollywood Community Housing Corporation since March 2016, Sarah has successfully expanded the organization throughout Los Angeles County while collaborating closely with the Board and senior staff on strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Executive Director at Community Corporation of Santa Monica, overseeing a substantial budget and workforce while directing the organization's strategic decisions. Sarah's earlier career includes a significant tenure at Fannie Mae as a Director in the Multifamily Division, where responsibilities encompassed managing over $2 billion in investments and refining investment procedures. Additionally, Sarah contributed as a consultant at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation and held the position of Director of Housing Development at Mercy Housing Lakefront, leading complex financing deals and overseeing the development process.
