Kristen Kronland is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the casino and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Hollywood Casino Joliet since September 2022, Kristen previously held various marketing roles at Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago from May 2014 to September 2022, including Marketing Manager, Supervisor, and Coordinator. Prior experience includes the role of Star Awards Supervisor at Ameristar Casinos, Inc. and Assistant Director at Navii Salon Spa. Kristen's career began as a Membership Program Specialist and Director of Adult Training at Drifting Dunes Girl Scout Council. Kristen holds two Bachelor's degrees from Butler University, one in Marketing and another in Spanish Language and Literature.
