Laura Tucker, MA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and formerly as a Security Shift Manager at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway since October 2014, Laura has demonstrated a strong ability to manage HR functions including staffing, compensation, compliance, and employee training. Previous roles include Sr. HR Specialist at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Human Resource Generalist at ABX Air, Inc., and Security Shift Manager at Harrah's Entertainment. Laura began the career as a Recruiter/Customer Service Manager at A-1 Staffing, and initially worked as a Security Officer/Group Leader at Hallmark Cards. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University.
