Sheila Rivera, MS, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Hollman, Inc., Sheila has a strong background in HR services, specializing in customer service and employee relations, with previous positions at Trident RMC, LLC and Professional Consulting. Sheila's early career included project management and training consultancy roles with the CORPORATION NATIONAL SERVICE and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Puerto Rico.
