Fred Lybrand is an experienced executive with a notable career spanning multiple industries, currently serving as President of Filter Holdings since 2024, specializing in bag filters for construction and life sciences. Prior to this role, Fred held significant positions including General Manager at Hollingsworth & Vose from 2017 to 2024, overseeing various water treatment and bioprocess applications, and CEO of Elmarco from 2008 to 2017, where pioneering technology in membrane and biopharma was developed. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President at Parish Capital Advisors, Business Development Manager at Unitive, Inc., and Associate at Wachovia Securities. Fred holds a BA in Biology and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
