Bastian Keil has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the filtration and automotive industries. Bastian started their career at Visteon Corporation as an Account Manager Aftersales. Bastian then joined Hollingsworth & Vose, where they held positions such as Key Account Manager, Product Marketing Manager EMEA, Program Manager, Director Global Product Marketing NanoWave, Director Product Marketing EMEA, and Director of Sales Filtration Solutions. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director Commercial EMEA, providing commercial leadership and guiding a highly knowledgeable team in the filtration and energy solutions industry. Bastian Keil's expertise lies in creating innovative filtration solutions, marketing and product management, and driving business growth in changing industrial and automotive applications.

Bastian Keil obtained a Master's degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Statistics from The Philipp University of Marburg from 1997 to 2003. Bastian also received additional certifications in Product Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in May 2010, and in Executive Leadership Program from the SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen in April 2023.
