Lefika Naphtaly is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as an Actuarial Assistant at Hollard Insurance Botswana since October 2023. Previously, Lefika held a similar position at Botswana Life from September 2022 to October 2023 and worked as an Analyst 1 at Marsh from January 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing advisory services on client insurance needs and market conditions. Lefika's academic background includes a BCom(Hons) in Financial Economics and Investment Management and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, both obtained from the University of the Free State. Prior experience at the university includes serving as a Student Assistant in 2019.
