Stefan Korteland is an experienced entrepreneur and service mechanic with a diverse background in infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally. Since 2001, Stefan has been the owner of SMS Montage Service, while also working as a service mechanic at Hollandia Corporate since 2009, focusing on projects involving locks, bridges, and water barriers. Previous roles include mechanical assembler at Heerema Marine Contractors, where tasks involved assembly work for the J-lay tower Balder, and at Buchinhoren Staalbouw B.V., specializing in various steel construction projects. Additional experience includes mechanical assembly roles at HSM, contributing to the Dalsfjordbrua suspension bridge in Norway, and renovating the Prins Bernhardsluizen in Tiel while with Hofman Sliedrecht. Stefan began a career in mechanical assembly at Metaalindustrie Qumey bv with projects related to railway bridges and safety barriers. Stefan holds an MTS degree in road and hydraulic engineering.
